1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition;

  • Include the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and protective materials;

  • Show no signs of wear, misuse, modification, or accidental damage.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the request.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Carefully package the product, including proof of purchase or your order number.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our support team.

  5. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange if all return requirements have been met.

Please do not send products back without first contacting our support team.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

  • A defective product;

  • A damaged item;

  • An error made by Auremont.


4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the issue;

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

After verification, Auremont will provide, at no additional cost:

  • A replacement product;

  • A full refund; or

  • Store credit, when appropriate.


5. Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use;

  • Products damaged after delivery;

  • Products returned without the original packaging;

  • Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable.


6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In this case, our standard return procedure will apply.
